Walk Deck Systems

We design and install commercial-grade walkable deck and plaza deck systems for balconies, occupied space, and elevated structures. These systems are engineered as true waterproofing assemblies — not surface coatings — and are built to perform in harsh climates and high-traffic environments.

Our typical assembly includes tapered insulation as required to achieve proper drainage, followed by a fully adhered EPDM or TPO waterproofing membrane. The system is then completed with either pedestal-set porcelain pavers, or adhered rubber pavers, providing a durable, serviceable walking surface while protecting the waterproofing layer below.

We also install specialty walkable traffic-bearing membrane systems for applications where pavers are not desired. These membranes feature integral slip-resistant surfaces, are available in multiple textures and colors, and are designed for long-term performance in high-use environments.
